Are they not going to open the office anymore? It's been closed for three days now, they're not answering the phone, and now that the office is closed, how are we supposed to get in touch? The owner should have put Cristal in charge, and that chubby guyâI can't remember his nameâwho was in charge for a couple of days. They did a really good job.

This new manager isn't friendly. I just hope that this new manager actually makes the apartment workers do their jobs, because they're just wasting time and taking too long to come fix things. We liked the temporary manager. He did a very good job while he was here. I came back to add why you removed Cristal? She did her job well and was very kind. You should give us a number to call where we can say how the staff is doing their job so that we can say how they are doing their job and not them being the ones to say it, or give us surveys so that we can say how they are doing their job.

Customer service is bad. The people in the office donât care and are lazy. And you also get what you pay for.

The manager is so rude wnd uncaring to the point where it made my mom cry and they are very inconsiderate . Literally the worst type of people you can meet . If you can not understand where I am coming from please understand that This place is not a place to raise a family .I am beyond disgusted by the attitude and smart comments from there administration . Do not put yourself neither your family in these positions.
