They have roaches, bedbugs, spiders, fleas. Do not come here you get what you pay for.

Horrible management. They work with a dirty tow company that illegally tows residents vehicles. They have bed bugs.

Was kinda long of a wait to move in but it was getting new management so I understand peaceful place to live minor issues which was fix promptly best apartment Iâve lived in since moving to Merced

My experience was really awful..they said I got the place then to days before move in they told me I was can not... It appears to be that they are saving apartments for others.
