The manager, besides always being in a bad mood, isn't doing her job properly. Now theyâre towing cars even when people have a parking pass; itâs one of two things: either sheâs in cahoots with the guy towing the cars, or she just doesn't know how to do her job......I don't get why they make you fill out all that info about yourself and the car if they're just going to tow it anyway! The guy should have all the details on file to verify the permitâafter all, anyone could just grab a permit and put it in a different car. Itâs not just about the permit; otherwise, why the hell did I provide all that information?! You call the office, you send emails, you go to the office in personâand nothing happens! My neighbor says she asked them to come check the carpet three months ago, and they still haven't come.

Are they not going to open the office anymore? It's been closed for three days now, they're not answering the phone, and now that the office is closed, how are we supposed to get in touch? The owner should have put Cristal in charge, and that chubby guyâI can't remember his nameâwho was in charge for a couple of days. They did a really good job.

This new manager isn't friendly. I just hope that this new manager actually makes the apartment workers do their jobs, because they're just wasting time and taking too long to come fix things. We liked the temporary manager. He did a very good job while he was here. I came back to add why you removed Cristal? She did her job well and was very kind. You should give us a number to call where we can say how the staff is doing their job so that we can say how they are doing their job and not them being the ones to say it, or give us surveys so that we can say how they are doing their job.
